The following items are items which would be typically brought to closing:
Two forms of identification; at least one form of identification must be a picture identification (driver's license, state issued identification card, passport, etc.);
Buyers, don't forget a copy of your hazzard insurance committment to insure the property being purchased; &
Cashier's check payable to closing agent (unless otherwise indicated).
