  3. Abstract on Title Search fee;
  4. Real Estate Commission;
  5. Closing fee;
  6. Title Examination Fee;
  7. Satisfy existing mortgage(s);
  8. Proration of property taxes; &
  9. Courier, wire and warehousing fees.
The following are customary Buyer expenses:
  1. Recording fee for Deed;
  2. Documentary stamp tax on mortgage;
  3. Intangible tax on Mortgage;
  4. Mortgagee Title Insurance policy;
  5. Endorsements to Mortgagee Title Insurance policies;
  6. Survey;
  7. Lender fees;
  8. Closing fee;
  9. Courier, wire and warehousing fees; &
  10. Association fees (if applicable).
