The following is a list of items customarily executed at closing by the Seller:

1. Closing Statement;
2. Deed;
3. Bill of Sale (if applicable, for any personal property being conveyed);
4. No Lien Affidavit;
5. Seller's Affidavit which includes attestation as to Seller's taxpayer identifcation number;
6. 1099; &
7. Further Assurance Agreement.

The following is a list of items customarily executed by the Buyer:

1. Closing Statement;
2. Further Assurance Agreement; &
3. Lender documents including promissary note, mortgage, truth in lending, etc.
